Restorative/Yoga Nidra Session

Unsure about yoga therapy? A great way to dip your toe in the water is restorative yoga.

A restorative yoga private session is the ultimate in self-care. After a brief intake, I will set you up in 2-3 restorative yoga postures where you will rest for about 20 minutes each. Scientific studies have found that restorative yoga improved quality of sleep, lowered blood pressure and cholesterol, decreased frequency and intensity of hot flashes, and decreased anxiety.

Meditation Session

Maybe it’s not so much the body you’d like to address, but the mind.

Modern science has a lot to say about the abundance of benefits experienced with meditation. It has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve cognition, mood, attention and clarity, and many other positives. The session involves a customized guided meditation based on your goals.
