In-person and virtual sessions available. Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss and ask any questions you may have. You can access the client intake form here.

Sessions are available as 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions. Initial sessions are 90 minutes. Available session types, choose one or mix and match (see descriptions below):

  • yoga therapy
  • embodied strength (uses hand weights)
  • restorative yoga/yoga nidra
  • meditation
  • mentoring (sliding scale available)

Packages are available for 60-minute sessions only.

Add PEMF therapy to any session for $25, a more than 40% discount off the regular price.

Yoga Therapy Session

Initial sessions run 75-90 minutes. Follow-up sessions run 45-60 minutes.

Yoga therapy addresses the whole person: physical, physiological, mental/emotional, subconscious, and spiritual.

Embodied Strength Session

Resistance training becomes increasingly important as we age. Learn how to add weights into your movement while maintaining a calm nervous system for sustainable strength.

Restorative/Yoga Nidra Session

Unsure about yoga therapy? A great way to dip your toe in the water is restorative yoga.

A restorative yoga private session is the ultimate in self-care. After a brief intake, I will set you up in 2-3 restorative yoga postures where you will rest for up to 15 minutes each. Scientific studies have found that restorative yoga improved quality of sleep, lowered blood pressure and cholesterol, decreased frequency and intensity of hot flashes, and decreased anxiety.

Meditation Session

Maybe it’s not so much the body you’d like to address, but the mind.

Modern science has a lot to say about the abundance of benefits experienced with meditation. It has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, improve cognition, mood, attention and clarity, and many other positives. The session involves a customized guided meditation based on your goals.
