Seva Session
I reserve a couple of slots each month for a one-time, 60-minute session for a reduced fee. Please contact me for more information.
New Client Initial Session $150
Please allow 90 minutes for the initial session. This fee also applies for clients who have not been seen in over 6 months.
Follow-Up Session Rates
- $100 for single session
- $285 for 3 sessions (save $15)
- $460 for 5 sessions (save $40)
- $875 for 10 sessions (save $125)
Mentoring Sessions

Group Sessions
Contact me for rates specific to your group. For yoga therapy, initial individual session required for each group participant.
Available Fridays 10:30am-12pm and 4pm-6pm. Also available Saturday afternoons by appointment.
- $45 for 30-minute session
- $125 for 3 sessions (save $10)
- $200 for 5 sessions (save $25)
- $400 for 10 sessions (save $50)
