Private Sessions
For Embodied Awareness, Growth, and Purpose
What would it feel like to live more fully in your body and in your life? Are you longing for a deeper sense of presence, purpose, or joy? Whether you’re seeking to align your life or embody something new, we’ll start where you are and move toward what’s next—with practices tailored to your life.
What is embodiment?
Embodiment is the practice of being consciously connected to your body, moment by moment, in a way that shapes how you live, relate, and respond.
It’s more than awareness; it’s how your posture, breath, and movement reflect (and influence) your thoughts, emotions, and choices.
Why Work With Me
Inspired by the work of Mark Walsh, my approach to embodiment is practical, relational, and grounded in real life. It’s about noticing how you’re showing up and learning to shift patterns in a way that’s intentional and aligned.
In embodied practice, we explore:
- How stress, joy, or anxiety shows up in the body
- How movement habits shape mindset (and vice versa)
- How to build presence, resilience, and authenticity through somatic awareness
