Embodied Resilience Membership
This membership is for anyone who is looking for nervous system support. It’s a space to grow your capacity for ease and joy. Those new to my work as well as current and former clients are welcome. It’s a community for connecting and encouraging others on the path.
It is a membership with lots of perks!
It includes:
- an on-demand library with dozens of videos, audio recordings, and extras
- movement practices to cultivate ease
- breathing practices
- stillness practices
- recorded meditations
- songs
- coaching tools that I use with clients
- access to an online community where you can connect with others on a similar journey
- periodic office hours with Christina, for encouragement and fun
- the ability to request specific videos, audio recordings, or other tools be added

Who would benefit?
Anyone who needs nervous system support will benefit. I often work with folks who have burnout, overwhelm, chronic or mystery illness, trauma, and issues related to women’s heath and aging. Any participation level will benefit.
The Embodied Resilience membership includes movement practices to cultivate ease, breathing practices, recorded meditations, even songs! Some practices include movement; others do not. There are also coaching tools that I often use with private clients. There truly is something for everyone.
What is the cost?
Accessibility is important to me. The Embodied Resilience membership is just $25 per month. Current and former private clients are eligible for a 20% discount for the first year of membership.
