Christina’s feedback, guidance and suggestions were insightful and spot on. Her communication skills are outstanding. She explained things so I could understand them and sent me home with exercise descriptions I could follow. She helped me overcome ingrained bad movement patterns that caused pain and develop strength and smooth movements. Highest of recommendations! Seeing Christina is the best health improvement step I’ve taken in years.

Christina gave us simple tools to access JOY on a daily basis. Her spirit and exuberance were infectious as we did a deep dive in “Embodying Joy”. I came home refreshed and full of joy from our time together. Everyone would benefit from the knowledge Christina has to share with us!

Christina is exceptional. As someone with a chronic illness it helps to have someone who understands that disease process. She is always encouraging and makes you feel comfortable even if you have never done yoga before. If you have issues due to a chronic illness this will really help with improving your function. Would highly recommend Christina and yoga therapy. Has made a big difference for me.

Christina Cohee is a blessing to the healing community in Austin. She is very skilled, and committed to the best outcome for her clients. Her humility and willingness to more deeply understand her clients are so valuable.
I have lots of developmental trauma and have struggled with depression much of my life. At my request Christina created a series of morning movements for me, to help me with the voices of fear and dread I sometimes wake up with. After waking up, most mornings I go outside and do these movements. They take 10 minutes. They aid me in turning away from the voices and feeling my body sensations instead.
I have experienced increasing ease in the past two months, which is wonderful! I do many things to help my mental health, but i can tell that these morning movements are a core part of my life getting better!
Christina Cohee is a gift to the healing community and to the world. Depression and trauma can be devastating; she is doing the holy work of bringing healing to those of us struggling with those. Thank you, Christina!

Christina is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and open minded teacher / yoga therapist. She really listens and helps you to listen to your own body and feelings. She doesn’t approach exercises or methods with assumptions that something will work for everyone. Together you experiment and play! We found several, easy to implement movements to help me with pain, anxiety and freedom of movement. In her classes she builds a sense of community, self empowerment and again – play. Humor, curiosity and playfulness goes a long way to helping me stick with a yoga practice and exercises. She has knowledge of other modalities that complement yoga as well. Right now I am doing limbic system training on her suggestion and it is amazing. With Christina’s help and encouragement, I feel more positive and joyful about my overall health then I have for 20 years! I look forward to her regular classes and I find myself practicing at home with the yoga snacks she has shared. Thank you!

Christina is giving me the tools I need to change my life! She blows my mind by understanding what I feel (physically AND emotionally), listens to me with her heart and gives me purpose and intention so I can independently clear away that which no longer serves me. Yoga therapy is her passion and she exudes kindness and concern. She says she will email me resources and she follows through. Since becoming her client, I have learned much about myself and my body. The icing on the cake is that I am feeling better and now possess skills I’ll use for the rest of my life!

Not only is Christina a wealth of knowledge, she is a fountain of calm and balance. Just being in her presence is comforting and one is left with a sense ease and feelings of being supported. I’m happy to know someone who walks the talk and knows her stuff. She is constantly learning, sharing and caring about those around her- all with a wicked sense of humor. 10/10 recommend!
