Restorative Yoga 30-Hour Teacher Training

Coming Home to the Body: The Art of Restorative Yoga

Reconnect with the wisdom of rest and the intelligence of the body. This is a 30-hour training in stillness, support, and the subtle art of deep rest. Learn to guide others — and yourself — back to presence through the practice of restorative yoga. You will learn a trauma-informed approach to teaching rest, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence using restorative asana as well as gentle breath and mindfulness practices. Participants will leave understanding that stillness is not a luxury — it’s essential to flourishing. CEs available.

In this workshop, you will learn the physiology of sleep and gentle practices to support you in a restful night of sleep. Sleep issues, including insomnia, are discussed. Morning, afternoon, and evening practices are included.
